Farmers Self Help Group (FSHG)

Farmers Interest Groups are village-based groups that are involved in production of agricultural and horticultural produce. These groups of different villages have been federated to form Fruit and Vegetable Growers Association for marketing their produce through the association. HARC is promoting and strengthening these FIGs by enhancing their capacities in the areas of group management, farm planning, crop cycle maintenance, organic farming, annual production planning etc. These groups are growing vegetables and fruits which has become a permanent source of income generation for them.
